CPN Members
Dental services are available to CPN members with valid identification. These services will be provided at the office of Dr. Amy Kimes, a dentist in private practice, in Mount Olive , North Carolina . Dr. Amy Kimes is married to CPN member, Eric Kimes who is currently working at the dental practice as patient coordinator. Calls for appointments can be directed to Eric Kimes at the phone number below.
Please indicate you are a CPN citizen when scheduling your appointment. Appointments will be granted on a first come, first serve basis and will be scheduled in the normal schedule of the dental practice. Fees for dental services rendered at the office will be waived for tribal members — this would include treatments such as hygiene appointments, X-rays, consultations, root canals, fillings, oral surgery, etc. Any fees associated with lab work done outside of the office (bridges, partials, crowns, etc.) will be billed to the CPN patient at the same rate as the lab charges the practice and we will collect those fees before sending out the work to the lab.
Children and elders are especially encouraged to take advantage of this dental care.
